The OECD Guidelines on the Protection of Privacy and Transborder Flows of
Personal Data was adopted in 1980. In Japan, in accordance with international
consensus on general guidance concerning the collection and management of
personal information, the Personal Information Protection Law was promulgated
in May, 2003 and was enacted on April 1, 2005.
As a company to provide management expertise and specialized administrative
services to associations and professional societies, Vision Bridge, LLC fully
recognizes our responsibility to ensure the correct handling of confidential
personal information. For this purpose, we have established the following
policy and wish to disclose it to all employees, staff, and other concerned
parties related to our existing services. |  | -Whenever Vision Bridge, LLC requests you to provide personal information,
we will clearly inform you of the purpose of such a request and the person
to contact for inquiries. You are required to provide information only to the
extent necessary to perform the relevant operations and services.
-Your personal information is held in the strictest confidentiality. Without
your prior consent, we will not provide or disclose your personal information
to any third party outside Vision Bridge, LLC with the exception of services
we may subcontract.
-For the purposes of safely protecting your personal information, Vision Bridge, LLC
takes appropriate security measures against unauthorized access, alteration and
disclosure, and makes conscious effort to enhance our compliance program at all times.
-Vision Bridge, LLC stricly observes all laws, ordinances, and other standards
relating to the handling of personal information, and endeavors to continue
strengthening and improving its security to protect personal information in
